IT’S A PEOPLE BUSINESS, OBVIOUSLY, WHAT ELSE?
We work as a team out of principle. Depending on the project scope, teams are usually comprised of two to three members with a mix of both experienced and entry-level consultants. Being part of a team does not simply entail adapting to one another, but also implies an adaptation of self-attitude. Whoever wants to be part of the team will need to mesh well with our working culture.
Our consultants come from diverse academic backgrounds including economics, engineering, natural sciences, IT, or the arts. We originate from fourteen countries and, despite our cultural diversity, share a profound common ground.
We each speak English fluently, but always in addition to another language including Czech, French, Russian, etc. The more languages, the better. The office covers a total of twenty-four languages so far; our office language, however, is German.
Working closely with other consultants requires strong compatibility within the team. This is an indispensable part of our daily work, and is fostered by a number of company activities and events. For example, the entire team gathers four times a year to celebrate success stories while leaving work aside for the evening.
Our working days do not consist solely of meetings, conferences, and office work; we are also sure to take time to enjoy occasional sporting events and company gatherings at the end of the evening in a pleasant and convivial atmosphere.
