Our client is a global manufacturer and supplier of cosmetics-related products.

Our client’s portfolio includes a full range of plastic and laminate tubes, mascaras, lipsticks, lip glosses and compacts etc. It has manufacturing sites in Europe, Americas and Asia, with global headquarters based in Paris.
With pressure to improve margin and reduce costs, Syngroup were brought in to support a business-wide transformation programme.

Our Approach
  • Carried out a diagnostic / operational ‘deep-dive’ across 12 ‘critical’ sites
  • Developed and implemented a global manufacturing optimisation and excellence programme
  • Carried out process analysis and optimization at key sites with a focus on: reduction of waste, maintenance strategies and re-organization (planning, quality)
