The biggest challenge for me as a consultant in the last years was

… lack of personal contact with customers and employees due to Covid and to handle projects with the same quality despite working remotely.

Positive changes for me during the pandemic

… travelling is more targeted – and is in line with the company’s sustainability concept.

I wish for Syngroup

… that the prevailing pleasant working atmosphere is maintained and that the team continues to grow together through the possibility of joint activities.

What I really want to get off my chest

… Syngroup gives me a high degree of flexibility in my work so that I have enough time for family and friends.
